Founded by EMS operators, for EMS operators
TAH Solutions was founded by Tanner Gurtner, an EMS professional with deep experience in protocol design, QA/QI program development, and clinical operations. After years of watching agencies struggle with the same fundamental gap — protocols that exist on paper but drift in practice — TAH Solutions was built to close that gap systematically.
We work with medical directors, agency leadership, and QA/QI coordinators to build the infrastructure that keeps protocols alive: regular review cycles, measurable standards, feedback loops, and clinical leadership support. The result is a program that actually changes outcomes, not a binder that collects dust.
What we believe
- Protocols are a starting point, not a finish line. The value of evidence-based medicine is realized through operationalization, not publication.
- QA/QI is infrastructure, not compliance. A real quality program drives clinical improvement. A checkbox program drives cynicism.
